A graduate of Elmhurst College in Illinois, MJ was most recently director of media services with the Vimarc Group, a full service advertising agency in Louisville. She also served as director of sales for ZML Software, a company offering media buying and agency software, and held top positions in the media departments of other major, full service advertising agencies based in the Midwest.
